Orders are processed and packaged within 72 hours (maximum). We do not always prepare packages on weekend or United States holidays. We use priority shipping whenever possible. Most orders are received within one week.

Overview: Item(s) may be returned in their original packaging and condition for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective merchandise and must be reported immediately. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Your message must include your order number and a reason for your return. Further instructions will be provided. Merchandise credit is issued via a personalized coupon code and will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item. We reserve the right to deny a merchandise credit if we receive the returned item used, worn, or damaged.
To request an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are offered for same-price items; i.e. changing a color or size. If you'd like a completely different item, contact us. Your message must include your order number and what you'd like to swap for. You will use the method above, but we will gladly hold your desired item(s) to keep them available for you. To be eligible, the returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if we receive the returned item used, worn, or damaged.
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged, as long as we have the item in stock. If the item is out of stock, you may be offered an alternative or store credit. To initiate a replacement, email email@example.com as soon as possible. Your message must include a short description and a photograph documenting the defect or damage. We will follow up with the next steps for processing your replacement.
Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective merchandise as a second option to replacing the item. Damages must be reported immediately. To initiate a refund, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Your message must include your order number, a reason for your return, and a photograph documenting the defect or damage. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason. If a refund is approved, further instructions will be provided. A refund will automatically be applied in the original method of payment within 3 days of our receipt of the returned item.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned or exchanged items. Original shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable. If you receive a merchandise credit or refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount owed. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items at our studio.
